1968 Full Body-Off Restoration
Winter 2006-2007

We started this project November 14, 2006 and completed it on May 17, 2007.

The body is pulled from the frame	After inspection, the hood surround needed to be replaced because holes were drilled at the headlamp supports	The hood surround is removed at the seams
	The seams are ground out and filled with epoxy
The rolling frame is rebuilt to exacting standards
The hood surround is replaced, the headlights are fitted and the car is masked for primer	Note: The factory seams were ground out, filled with epoxy and finished off with body filler	The engine compartment and interior chassis are masked off for primer
	The car has been primered and is just about ready for painting
The engine has been rebuilt, masked off and painted		The intake and exhaust manifolds are installed, as is the clutch
The engine is installed into the car Note: 427 / 400hp
	The car has been painted and is in the process of being wet sanded and rubbed
